Watch how ex-minister 'caused trouble' in Aso Rock over abducted UNIMAID lecturers

Ezekwesili was seen trying to breakthrough the police hand barricade but the officers cautiously blocked her out.

The group led by a former minister of education, Oby Ezekwesili marched to the Villa to mount pressure on the Federal Government to intense efforts in the rescue of the UNIMAID lecturers and Policewomen abducted by Boko Haram.

According to a video circulating on Twitter, Ezekwesili was seen trying to breakthrough the police hand barricade but the officers cautiously blocked her out.

She lamented how some of the police officers at the scene refused to receive the group's message on behalf of the government.

After several fruitless efforts to break the barricade, the former minister then turned to one of the policewomen present there, saying, "shame on you".

On Tuesday, July 25, 2017, four lecturers of the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, were abducted in the Magumeri area of the State during an oil exploration.

Similarly, the terror group in July released a video showing 10 women its fighters abducted from a military/police convoy in Borno State.

The terrorists had claimed that some of the women are police officers but the Nigeria Police has since denied the claims.
