Another child kidnapped in Kaduna

In the wake of the recent kidnapping incidents in the state, nephew of Buhari's ally is the latest victim.

Nephew of President Muhammadu Buhari’s ally in Kaduna, Alhaji Ahmadu Yaro Coca Cola has been kidnapped.

The kidnapping of Abubakar S Yaro’s son along the airport road in Kaduna is coming few weeks after two children were reported missing in Kaduna Metropolis. One was found in Zamfara State with eyes plucked.

Coca Cola is the pioneer chairman of the defunct Buhari’s Party, Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) in Kaduna.

A resident of the area Nura Usman said the kidnappers have made contact with the family. According to him, the kidnappers are demanding the sum of 5million Naira as ransom.

The Police in Kaduna is yet to issue an official statement concerning the recent kidnappings taking place in the state. The spokesman, Zubairu Abubakar could not return calls put across to him.
