Former Osun Governor dies at 62

Adeleke died today, April 23, 2017, at Bikets Hospital in Oshogbo after suffering from a heart attack.

According to Sahara Reporters, Adeleke died today, April 23, 2017, at Bikets Hospital in Oshogbo.

Reports also say he served as the Governor of Osun state from January 1992 to November 1993.

According to family sources, the serving Senator representing Osun West Senatorial district suffered from heart attack.

Adeleke was born in Enugu state January 15, 1955 to the family of senator Ayoola Adeleke and Esther Adeleke.

In 2015, he decamped from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
