Ex Lagos commissioner, Adeniji Adele is dead

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ademola Adeniji-Adele has dies at the age of 60 years.

Late Adeniji-Adele also served as a sports commissioner in Lagos state between  2007 and 2011.

Reports say he died India today, Thursday, May 5, 2016.

Premium Times also revealed that the former commissioner was jailed for several months during the Sani Abacha era.

Eagle Online reports that his corpse is expected in Nigeria on Friday, May 6, 2016.

He will also be buried on Saturday, May 7, 2016.

Reports say the Lagos state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode is expected to make an official announcement on the death of the former APC chieftain.

Late Ademola Adeniji-Adele was a key member of  the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) before he decamped to the APC.
