The Commander of Nigeria Air Force (NAF) Base Enugu, Air Commodore Mahmud Madi, in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Enugu vowed to prevent herdsmen attacks in the State.

``As you are aware, just some few days ago we had a problem in one community (Nimbo Community in Uzo-Uwani LGA) where herdsmen were purported to have attacked and several lives were lost.

``Before now, the Nigerian Air Force in conjunction with the (Nigerian) Army and other security agencies formed the Joint Task-Force (JTF) and has worked hard to make sure that that is not repeated.
