5 helpful healthy diet tips

Most of the Nigerian cultural foods are not good for us health wise and then in large doses, could be dangerous but we don’t want to give them us because they are just so good.

We hear a lot of people say it’s a new year and we they are going to be taking up new diets but in the end they are quite unrealistic, so here are 5 tips for healthy eating habits you can actually do.

Thing is you don’t have to give up your savory delights, as we present you 5 ways to eat healthy and still enjoy your healthy options:

1.) Power pack: Get a lot of packed healthy options for days when you are too stressed to cook after a long work day or when you don’t feel like eating stuff from the freezer. They are easy to make and tasty.

2.) DIY spice: This applies to the spice junkies; we all know one! Instead of using the multiples spices in our kitchen, how about you make your own custom made healthy spices.

3.) Plan ahead: If you have decided to embark on a healthy food diet, one of the best things you can do for yourself would be to plan your meals ahead. Include a chart in your planning and stick it on the wall so you know what’s coming up.

4.) Pretty veggies: If you don’t know what to eat, you go to should be veggies. Always have a variety of colorful veggies ready at your disposal and you’ll be fine.

5.) Incredible omelette: Learning to make a great omelette filled with all the veggie goodness is a sure bet for healthy living. The best times for a great omelette is when you are on the go so you can have it like a sandwich.
