FG declares March 25, 28 as public holidays

Dambazau urged Nigerians to collaborate with President Muhammadu Buhari in his efforts to build a peaceful, united and virile nation.

The declaration was made by the Minister of Interior, Retired Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau, in a statement issued in Abuja by the acting Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Alhaji Muhammadu Maccido on Tuesday, March 22.

Dambazau urged Christians to collaborate with President Muhammadu Buhari in his efforts to build a peaceful, united and virile nation.

He advised Nigerians to use the Easter celebration to pray for peace and unity across the nation.

The minister wishes Christians and Nigerians a happy celebrations, and emphasised the commitment of the APC-led administration to the "change" agenda in the country.
