Fani-Kayode who regained freedom on Monday, November 14, 2016, described Trump's victory as a blessing to America.

The former minister of aviation said Trump's victory is a fulfilment of prophecy.

"The election of Donald Trump as President of the United States of America is a blessing," he wrote on his Facebook wall.

"I said it would happen and it did. His election is a fulfilment of prophecy. He is unstoppable and he will do wonders," he added.

Fani-Kayode has been facing a 17-count charge of money laundering to the tune of N4.9 billion before he was re-arrested on Friday, October 21 by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
