‘Tinubu’s wife has reached menopause so I can’t impregnate her,’ Senator says

Melaye made the comment today, July 14, 2016, after saying on Tuesday that he would beat Mrs Tinubu up and impregnate her.

“It is not biologically correct for me to impregnate her because she has attained Menopause,” Melaye said according to Daily Trust.

The senator also said, while speaking with journalists, that the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, who is Remi Tinubu’s husband, could not end his political career.

Senator Melaye’s comments have attracted outrage worldwide, but he is yet to apologize for them.
