Court dismisses Onnoghen's suit to stop CCT trial
An appeal court sitting in Abuja has dismissed a suit filed by Justice Walter Onnoghen, seeking stay of execution on his ongoing trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

Onnoghen's suit was, however, dismissed by the court on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
The embattled CJN is being prosecuted by the Federal Government at the CCT for alleged false assets declaration.
