President says he doesn't know his wife's political party

President Muhammed Buhari has said he is unsure of the political party the First Lady belongs to after her outburst.

Buhari made this known in Berlin, Germany while on a state visit to the German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

In his words: “I don’t know which party my wife belongs to, but she belongs to my kitchen and my living room and the other room."

The wife of the President had granted an interview to the BBC Hausa, where she said the President does not know many of the people in his cabinetwell and she might not support him for campaign in 2019.
