Archbishop Welby defended Buhari after UK Prime Minister, David Cameron described Nigeria as “fantastically corrupt”.
“But this particular president is not corrupt... he's trying very hard,” the cleric said.
Cameron made the comment while speaking to the Queen, Welby and Commons Speaker, John Bercow during an event in Buckingham Palace on May 10.
