President attends National Defence College graduation ceremony

President Muhammadu Buhari, today attends the graduation ceremony of the National Defence College in Abuja on August 7, 2015.
During the ceremony, Buhari instructed the Federal Ministry of Defence to prepare a plan for the establishment of a Military Industrial Complex in Nigeria.
