Suleiman AbdulRahaman Kawu Sumaila was appointed on Thursday, August 27, 2015.
He became infamous after pictures of him with his shirt open surfaced online after the gate jumping incident.
Sumaila and other reps resorted to scaling the gate after they were refused entry into the National Assembly complex in a bid to keep then speaker, Aminu Tambuwal out of the premises.
