Why ex-Governor will hold key position in Buhari’s government [PHOTOS]

Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola is expected to hold a key position in the government of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The chemistry between the two men while at the summit shows that they are both on the same mental ship.

Earlier rumours had it that Fashola was meant to be Buhari’s deputy but he could not be chosen because he and the President are of the same religion.

Reports also have it that the former governor is being considered to occupy the position of Chief of Staff to the President but many Nigerians believe that he would serve better in a ministerial position.

Meanwhile, Buhari's media aide, Garba Shehu has urged Nigerians to be patient with the President as choosing advisers and ministers is not a process to be rushed.
