Tyler Perry has put his Atlanta mansion on the market.

Going for $25 million, the 45-year-old Madea creator, director and playwright's former home is located on 34,688 square feet.

Features of the French Provincial-style home include seven bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a wine cellar, two kitchens, an in-law suite, a theater, a competition size tennis court, a tiered garage, a hobby house, a spa, a two-story library, an underground ballroom, a fully equipped gym and a giant circular infinity pool.

The estate also has is a guard tower, two gated and patrolled entrances with a 'Presidential-level security system', and a helipad.

According to the listing, this home is 'the most compelling private residence to ever be offered to market in the history of Atlanta."

The new owner is expected to pay about $96,000 a month on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage.
