Kaduna mobile court convicts 49 drivers

49 drivers have been convicted for light sign violation, driving with worn out tyres or without spare tyre, overloading and other traffic offences.

Their offences include light sign violation, driving with worn out tyres or without spare tyre, overloading, seat belt violation, and over loading, Pmnewsnigeria reports.

Fire extinguisher violation, number plate violation, obstructing the marshal on duty, driving with forged document, and vehicle windshield violation were some of the other offences.

According to the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) Legal Officer of Kaduna Sector Command, Mr Ibrahim Tanko, these arrests were made during a special patrol in Kafanchan, Jema’a Local Government Area.
