Court grants N300K bail for reckless driving
An Ota Chief Magistrates' Court in Ogun state has been granted bail for alleged reckless driving.

News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the driver was taken to an Ota Chief Magistrates' Court in Ogun state, where he was arraigned before Senior Magistrate, Mr S. O. Banwo.
There, the Prosecutor, Sgt. Chudu Gbesi, read his charges, which included driving in a reckless manner and injuring one Olaniyi Oliyide.

He also stated that these charges were against Section 6(1) of the Highway Act Cap 136, Revised Laws of the Federation, 2006.
However, the defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Adebayo was granted a N300,000 bail and his case was adjourned, for further hearing.
