Information- Before you even think about buying a house, land, anything, make sure you have all the information necessary.

Documentation- Once you have gotten as much information as possible, find out if the necessary documents are available. Do not buy any property that does not have all the right documents.

Negotiation- Consider the asking price and negotiate accordingly.

Location- The location of the property is very important in helping you make your decision. Make sure it is in a choice area.

Be sure to consider all of the above before decide to buy a particular property.
