UPDC Plc has recorded some firsts in Nigeria. It was the first to make a payment of N2.33billion dividend to its REIT- Real Estate Investment Trust Holders.
UPDC Plc was also the first to adopt REIT- Real Estate Investment Trust in Nigeria.
