“The NADDC Scheme has been designed around a network of vehicle dealers and manufacturer’s distributors from whose enterprise the purchase process will commence. Nigerians’ capability to buy new automobiles and components supplied will be assured by the operation of a credible credit purchase scheme integrated with a dealership programme to drive demand."
