Tesla's new car breaks expectations in just 1 week!

Tesla's Mmodel 3 is breaking all kinds of expectations with the number of pre-orders.

Tesla unveiled the Model 3 on March 31, 2016.

On that day, the company received over 115,000 orders.

Wednesday, April 6th, the number of orders reached a new total.

"Over 325k cars or $14B in preorders in first week. Only 5% ordered max of two, suggesting low levels of speculation," he tweeted.

This figure was reached in just one week!

These numbers will probably increase after the second reveal, prior to the start of Model 3 production in 2017, as Musk has promised to reveal more exciting news.
