Shilling weakens as banks buy dollars

At 0943 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,375/3,385, weaker than Friday's close of 3,365/3,375.

The Ugandan shilling weakened on Monday as commercial banks bought dollars to build up their positions in the face of sluggish inflows.
