Tech entrepreneur's 3.5-acre luxury estate

A tech entrepreneur is blowing up the real estate world due to his spectacular luxury property.

According to Zillowblog,Garber designed certain parts of the property based on how he felt.

On choosing to build a terraced area for his children’s playscape, he said he built it “so they could have fun and we could still see them.”

Garber also put an underground wine cellar that holds 2,000 racked bottles in the 9,000-square-foot main house, because "the architecture is fantastic, and it’s sort of like you’re being hugged by the wine, a very intimate kind of feeling.”

He also revealed why the closet is his other favorite spot.

“My closet became a living space, a place to sit down so I’m not hopping around when I’m trying to get my pants on,” Garber said.

Other specifications include a perfectly flat backyard, a 1,000-square-foot gym, a home theater, a regulation-size tennis court, and a 50-foot infinity edge pool with canyon views.

Garber also made room for his extended family by adding two other homes on the estate.
