Shilling steady ahead of rate decision

At 0840 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 100.80/90 to the dollar, the same as Friday's close.

Kenya's shilling was steady on Monday, trading in a tight range ahead of the central bank's decision on its benchmark lending rate later in the day.
