Automakers debut long wheelbase models [PHOTO]

Mercedes Benz, Audi, Jaguar and BMW have launched long wheelbase models for the Chinese market.

These models were debuted at the recent 2016 Beijing Auto Show.

Mercedes Benz unveiled the E-Class L, which is 140 millimeters (5.5 inches) and has an extended ambient LED lighting, optional rear center arm rest with an illuminated storage compartment, USB port, touchscreen, wireless charging pad, temperature controlled cup holder, and heating pad.

It is available as either a saloon or sports saloon.

The saloon option has the classic Mercedes hood ornament, while the second option has three pointed start mounted in the grille.

Other long wheelbase models include the Audi A4 L, Jaguar XFL and the BMW X1 Long Wheelbase.
