According to Autoblog, the sale was done at the Auctions America event in Fort Lauderdale with an estimated price of $250,000 and expected to go as high as $350,000.
Reportedly, the car did not meet the lowest amount, even with a final bid of $240,000. However, it eventually went for $270,000 after the auction, which ran from March 31 to April 2, 2017.
Trump bought the F430 about 10 years ago, before selling the ride in 2011, The Financial Express reports.
The new owner gets the F1 automatic gearbox, tan leather interior, red-painted brake calipers, Scuderia Ferrari shield badges, and a copy of the original title with Trump's signature.
