When Apple launched its smartwatch a few months ago, it was received with mostly mixed reactions. It was the first device of its kind from Apple and it was essentially a try at the smartwatch segment of the market.

Fast forward to now and the Apple Watch has recorded phenomenal sales number, with relatively few complaints.

At Apple’s “Hey, Siri” event today, CEO Tim Cook said customers love how quick and easy it is to respond to messages and phone calls and notifications.

Asides that, Cook also said users are amazed at the way Apple’s virtual assistant, Siri, works on the Apple Watch. “Apple Watch is helping our users live a better day,” he said.

Tim cook also said customer satisfaction with the Apple Watch is currently at 97 percent, a number which show why Apple is indeed the most valuable company in the entire world.
