There are some risks involved and they include:

4) Protects your skin
Laying cucumber on your body reduces sunburn, inflammation, swelling and pain. If your eyes are puffy, a slice of cucumber helps.

Antioxidants protect the body from free radicals that might want to cause damage to the body’s cells.
