This is what I look like 85%-90% of the time. Proud of my freckles, proud of booty chin and proud of myself for loving and accepting myself the way I am. #ILoveMe"

This bold and beautiful selfie comes just days after her recent appearance on Ashley Graham's Pretty Big Deal podcast where she admitted in the interview that her eating disorder and over-exercising contributed to her overdose.

I thought the past few years was recovery from an eating disorder, when it actually was just completely falling into it, she told Ashley and then went on to explain that she began over-exercising just before her hospitalization.

It looks like Demi is willing to open up wayyy more these days than in the past. And her fans definitely appreciate and admire it. Honestly who wouldn't?!
