When is the right time to try love again after a heartbreak?

I was never scared of commitment and never scared to love until these girls did me dirty over and over again.

Do men truly suffer heartbreaks than women?

Dear Bukky,

I'm a Nigerian male and I've never had a relationship to be proud of, because I've always been used and taken advantage of. Well after the last one which was about a year ago, I decide not to chase love for some time.

I'm never scared of commitment never scared to love, because when I do I give it my all. I like a lot of people but can hardly find one to say I'd love to have in a relationship. But I finally met this chic who's just like me in real life and love life also, but I'm scared of making the big move because I don't know how it's going to turn out.

I really really like her I don't know if it's love. I've never been so free giving to anybody or talking to anybody like I do her. Now I feel I need pro advise, which is where you come in.___________

Dear reader,

One word: shoot your shot. And really, you have to do it as soon as possible!

What else is there to think about? You both think alike, so I assume your values align, your thoughts about issues follow the same pattern, time spent together feels good and the companionship is 100%. That’s what happens when conversation is great.

If you really like her and feel really different about her than you have ever felt about other woman, then go ahead and let her know how you feel. If things have been great between you both as you say, then chances are that she is really into you too.

There’ll come a time when you’ll need to move past all the hurts of the past and all the people that did you dirty. I think now is the time.

Please, shoot your shot. And hope for the best, which is what I am also doing on your behalf._____________Do you want to talk about your love life, marriage or family issues?
