I can't control myself around women

Good morning, I have a problem of walking with a lady in public. I feel charged sexually when walking with a lady in the public and this is affecting me as I’m old enough to get married.

Because of this predicament I’m still single. I try to keep my mind pure, avoid touching or hugging a lady, don't watch a porn etc. In short, I try to avoid what may arouse me as much as possible.

Now, everyone was like am I not a man enough?

I met a lady six months ago and we only communicate, I try avoiding her and not getting the best of our relationship, she is complaining. I need your advice.______________
