Pae had been arrested in Marchfor shouting and threatening to kill fellow passengers after refusing to sit down during the in-flight meal.
The South-Korean native had wanted to do yoga at the back of the plane instead and became very aggressive, hence his arrest.
At the time of the incident, the Japan-bound flight was forced to return to Hawaii after Pae attempted to head-butt and bite a number of passengers.
After landing, he was taken into into custody and prevented from leaving the island until Monday, when a judge allowed Pae to return home to South Korea.
Though he has to return for sentencing in July, he already pleaded guilty last week to interfering with a flight crew and is expected to be sentenced to about 12 days' time served, on top of the $43,000 fine.
Word of advice - remain on your seat during flights, except to use the rest room but certainly not to do yoga.
