Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian and more famous celebrities show off statement looks on the at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala 2016 (MET Gala 2016) held on 2nd May 2016 in NYC.
2016 MET Gala Red Carpet
Famous celebrities were at their best as they all shone like the stars they are on the red carpet. Themed Manus x Machina: Fashion in the Age of Technology the MET Gala witnessed a lot of sparkly, shiny, futuristic and glamorous looks at the star studded event.
Beyonce chose a nude latex look by Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy with dramatic puffed shoulder pads and intricate beading. She paired the look with dark smoky eye makeup and honey-colored hair pin-straight with part down the middle while shinning in Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Lupita Nyong'O chose a sequined jade dress by Calvin Klein Collection with velvet straps. Zendaya brought it in a Micheal Kors copped beaded look teamed with fierce haircut.
Kim Kardashian wore a robot-inspired Balmain dress featuring a super thigh high slit and Lorraine Schwartz diamonds. Kanye West was beside his his wife in an embellished jacket paired with a white tee and distressed Fear of God jeans.
Taylor Swift was fierce in In a cutout snakeskin minidress from Louis Vuitton and bold gladiator heels.
Blake Lively chose blush strapless Burberry dress accented with a rose-embroidered Watteau train styled with pastel Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Demi Lovato chose a simple custom Moschino by Jeremy Scott piece with sequined panels and bold gold embroidery.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid, Kerry Washington rocked her new baby bump in a dramatic glamorous creation and more stars came to play making statements on the red carpet it was lit!
