TV chef to host a Masterclass at the 2017 GTBank Food and Drink Fair

Lerato Umah-Shaylor to host a Masterclass at the 2017 GTBank Food and Drink Fair

Best known for her wholesome and contemporary African cooking, Chef Lerato combines local and seasonal ingredients from across the globe with authentic African foods and spices, challenging the perception that African food is too niche to be embraced by different cultures.

Her pop-up restaurants in London & Brighton have taken the food world by storm, attracting features from the likes of the BBC and London Evening Standard.  On April 30 @ 4:15pm, Chef Lerato will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair, where she will share recipes and ideas that celebrate global African cuisine.

Want to be part of Lerato’s audience? Click here- http://foodanddrink.gtbank.com/registration/masterclass/ to register for her Masterclass.

Please note that the GTBank Food and Drink Fair is FREE to attend and does NOT require registration.
