Renowned food writer, TV chef and pop-up restaurateur, Lerato Umah-Shaylor, has been confirmed to headline of the MasterClasses at the 2017 GTBank Food and Drink Fair.
Best known for her wholesome and contemporary African cooking, Chef Lerato combines local and seasonal ingredients from across the globe with authentic African foods and spices, challenging the perception that African food is too niche to be embraced by different cultures.
