In 2011, Ronke started the 9jafoodie blog to celebrate the rich diversity of Nigerian food and to improve wellbeing through better nutrition by providing easy-to-follow wholesome recipes.
On the 30th of April and 1st of May 2017, Ronke Edoho will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair to shed light on the unknown and underappreciated riches of traditional Nigerian cuisine.
