The star attaches great importance to a healthy and balanced diet. Her daily menu includes: eggs, turkey meat, chicken fillets, beef and fish rich in omega-3 acids.

Due to the high sugar content, Lopez doesn't eat carrots and corn, but she eats other vegetables with pleasure.

As she admits, she always tries to choose healthy dishes, even when going out to restaurants. In an interview with Hello magazine, she revealed that she usually orders a salad or fish with vegetables and always drinks a lot of water with a meal.
