Forget what everyone has said about the food you want to eat. Chances are there is a lot of contradictory advice and you are better off eating what you feel like and listening to your body. Sometimes restricting yourself and cutting off certain foods may result in higher cravings.

Focus on your body and the ways you can enjoy it and love it. Stop looking at what's wrong or what might go wrong and appreciate what it is.

It doesn't have to be something fancy. Boosting any food or beverage by making it healthier, spicy, presentable, or sweeter, can make a big difference in your meal times. This can also mean ordering better or different foods from different places.

Get your dosage of positivity by spending time with positive people who lift you up and inspire you. Alternatively, you can try to journal to work through anything on your mind concerning your health or food. This can include quieting the negative thoughts around food and health.
