Chocolate City Begins A New Journey With Dice Ailes

Chocolate City, and the new cool kid on the block, 'Dice Ailes', are off to a good start, and the future looks as bright as ever.

How many times have we seen this? A new artiste, so much promise, so much fire and potential, get signed up by a successful company. They start out, the fire burns brightly, and then something in the equation gets sour or doesn't fit in, and the deal collapses.

This time it's Chocolate City, and the new cool kid on the block is called 'Dice Ailes'. Fancy name, if you ask me. Dice Ailes is a rapper, singer and a 3rd year University undergraduate of Nigerian/Ghanaian descent based in Canada. His style of music is contemporary afro Pop; a sound which appeals to various audiences that have listen to his music.

That's the reason why he has a new contract, with the biggest record label in Africa. Chocolate City has over the years had a track record of success. Led by Audu Maikori, who's business acumen is legendary, they have unearthed A-listers, time and again. Ice Prince, M.I, Brymo, Jesse Jagz, anybody?

“Dice Ailes and his style of music brings a young and fresh feel to the Chocolate City family. As a singer and rapper, I believe his versatility would go a long way in entrenching him into popular Nigerian music culture” . Audu reveals. He knows his onions, and in Dice Ailes, he has found one with many layers of potential.

Dice Ailes has always had a passion for music from his younger years, and at age 15 he paid for his first studio session. While in Canada, he met young entrepreneur Tee Tash who was his influencer musically and also signed him up.

Together they have made some great music which has been introduced into the Nigerian market.

Dice Ailes has a new release. A new romantic release titled 'Fantasy', with a video which inspires passion and the finer things of life in everyone. We believe his sound will in its own way play its own part in shaping the fast growing Nigerian music.

Victoria Kimani, his new sexy label mate is super excited about the new guy. With plenty of positivity from the camp, and a top talent being bedded in for great things, Chocolate City has got this one right. Dice Ailes ushers in a new future for the label, which in 2013, had to go through dark times with the exit of some of their finest.
