2face, Wizkid, Davido, Yemi Alade to headline the trek

20 top Nigerian musicians have been billed to headline the 2015 edition of the Star Music Trek scheduled to kick off on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Municipal Garden in Calabar.

 

20 Nigerian musicians have been billed to headline the 2015 edition of the Star Music Trek scheduled to kick off on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Municipal Garden in Calabar.

At an unveiling event that held at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos to officially announce kick off, the artistes billed for the trek include 2face Idibia, Davido, Wizkid, M.I, Seyi Shay, Timaya, Wande Coal, Burna Boy, Naeto C, Mr. Raw, Yemi Alade, Oritse Femi, Faze, Runtown, Cynthia Morgan, Banky W, Sean Tizzle, Pasuma, Sound Sultan and Black Magic.

Speaking on this year’s trek, Corporate Affairs Adviser, NB Plc, Kufre Ekanem said the choice of acts was based on their dedication to their musical careers, an attitude the Star brand seeks to celebrate.

The trek will move from Calabar, Cross Rivers State to other cities that include Awka, Abakaliki, Makurdi, Sapele, Auchi, Ibadan and Lagos in the next eight weeks.
