20th Century Fox and director Bryan Singer have unveiled the first look at Kodi Smit-McPhee as a young Nightcrawler in 'X-Men: Apocalypse.'

In a six-second clip, Kodi appears and quickly disappears in a puff of smoke.

'X-Men: Apocalypse' stars Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Ben Hardy, Olivia Munn, Lucas Till and Oscar Isaac.

X-Men: Apocalypse is set for release on May 27, 2016.
