The 2014 movie which was a box office hit, starred OC Ukeje, Gideon Okeke, Beverely Naya, Desmond Elliot, Weruche Opia, Oreka Godis, Wale Ojo, Bukky Wright, Bassey Keppy Ekpeyong, Enyinna Nwigwe and Shaffy Bello.
The film was produced by Seyi Babatope and Moses Babatope and had Kene Okwuosa and Kene Mkparu (of Filmhouse Cinemas and FilmOne Distribution) as Executive Producers.
"When Love Happens" told the story of a high art and glossy romantic comedy about the lives of 3 twenty something professionals in a modern technology connected Lagos and the hilarious and often bizarre adventures in finding romance.

The sequel continues with MO and Tope's relationship in a safe place. Mo kicks off her own company, and her first account is with a billionaire, Demilade Adenuga. She has to travel to Washington DC for a merger she is putting together for Mr. Adenuga, leaving Tobe behind in Nigeria.
The sequel returns with Udoka Oyeka as Tobe. The character was previously played by Gideon Okeke.
"When Love Happens Again" is written by Diche Enuwa and Temitope Bolade.
