Deloris stated that the TV series focuses on her life and how she became a presenter. It takes viewers through the difficulty she encountered to become a celebrated presenter.

“Cocoa Brown" is all about me; how I became a presenter, the difficulty I went through to become who I am today and where I want to be in future," she said.
