Veteran music producer is dead

OJB Jezreel dies one month to his 50th birthday.

 

Veteran music producer and singer, OJB Jezreel, 49, is dead. Babatunde Okungbowa aka OJB Jezreel is reported to have passed on an hour ago today, June 14, 2016.

Close sources revealed the music maestro who had a kidney transplant in 2013 failed last week and his family had to keep him on N35, 000 dialysis daily to overcome the relapse.

OJB sadly passes on a month to his 50th birthday. His body has been deposited in a morgue at Isolo General Hospital.

OJB Jezreel suffered from a kidney ailment in 2013 and had a successful kidney transplant within the same year after several contributions from friends and artistes in the music industry.

Music producer and singer, K-Solo and Jazzman Olofin also took to Twitter to confirm the death of the singer. K-Solo tweeted, "#OJB PASSED ON. just left this sinful World...Trying to get the Family."

He is survived by three wives, June, Korede, Mabel and eight children.
