Star cares less if kids are mocked for their directional names

Kim Kardashian doesn't have a care in the world when it comes to her kids possibly being teased one day because of their original names. The star believes her family is not your typical family, so why should she pick common names for her kids?

Kim and husband Kanye West caused quite a stir when they decided to name their daughter, North West and now that they are again expecting their second child - a boy - there's a possibility the power couple would come up with some rather unique names for their son.

"Kim has absolutely no worries whatsoever that her kids will someday be ridiculed for their names. She compares herself to Gywneth Paltrow. Apple and Moses are fabulous names and she’s quite sure no one has ever teased her kids about their names,” an insider tells Hollywood Life.

As we previously reported, the 34-year-old star really likes the name Easton for her baby boy and here's why "First off, the name Easton obviously compliments North, but more importantly it has religious significance, which is why Kim loves the name so much,” an insider says.

"In the Bible, the east represents God’s light. It is the direction that the sun rises, which is symbolic of a new day and beginnings. Kim thinks it’s a powerful and original name. In numerology, the name Easton is a number two, which is associated with peace and beauty," adds the source.
