Leading Ghanaian actors turns a year older.

Handsome Ghanaian actor John Dumelo is a year older today February 3, 2015 as he turns 31.

John Dumelo shared a photo on Instagram of himself "Time is 6:46 am. first point of call today is the site. Mixing concrete and moving blocks. I'm blessed to be a year older today. God has been good to me. 31 ain't an easy age. In the next 10 years, I don't want my name in African Forbes but Global forbes. I want to be closer to God and want to be a motivation to people all over the world. I want to let people know you can achieve whatever you want if you put your mind to it. Happy birthday to me.....31 is the new 41!"

John rose to fame acting movies in Ghana however his acting skills have enabled him to act in Nollywood movies as well, bagging numerous awards for his talent including best actor at the Ghana Movie Awards 2014 . In 2014 he also became the first Ghanaian to have a million Facebook likes.

The never been married star actor is the last child out of three and owns a clothing line called J.Melo. John who is very good friend with fellow Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson.

He has featured in popular movies Love or something like that, Single, married, complicated, A private storm, Ties that bind. He also runs an NGO called the John Dumelo Foundation.
