Recently, the university was ranked as the fifth institutionwith the most employable graduates in Nigeria.

This was contained in the 2017 Nigerian Graduate Report released by Stutern.
Unilorin had an employability rate of 77.78 per cent.
The Economic Confidential report published in 2017, also lists the institution as one of the two most sought-after universities in the country.
