Televangelist criticises his media spokesman, says he does not owe the deceased an apology
Boinnet I want to tell you that you must learn how to speak to the media. If I were you, I won't have commented on the accident before investigations were completed.
He started his sermon by criticising IG Joseph Boinnet stating that he addressed the media in an unprofessional manner.
“Boinnet I want to tell you that you must learn how to speak to the media. If I were you, I won't have commented on the accident before investigations were completed.”
“You elicited the controversy in which I was condemned unheard, vilified and lynched through media.”
“People started thinking he was defending me,” he said.
IG Joseph Boinnet told the media on Monday July 27,2015 that pastor James Ng'ang'a was not driving the car involved in a fatal accident in Limuru, that killed a woman.
He made a financial appeal of Sh 3.5 million to the congregation stating it will be used to renovate the police cells he stayed for 2 days.
“Before I left, I told OCS Joshua Ekirapa I will come back and repair the toilets,” Ng'ang'a said.
"I do not owe you an apology, because am innocent" he said to Martin Mbugua whose wife was killed in the accident.
