It brings to mind, the warning released by the National Observatory Against Islamophobia , in April, that said terror attacks will increase in France, by the first quarter of 2015.

The attack on a French factory in Lyon, in the South-Eastern part of France, has been condemned by Muslims from all works of life.

In a tweet Dr Shuja Shafi, the Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) condemned the act, saying the attacker is misguided.

News reports say a decapitated body and head, covered in Arabic writing, was also found near the factory.

In a televised message to French citizens, President Francois Hollande said “The attack was of a terrorist nature since a body was discovered, decapitated and with inscription. This attack was a vehicle, driven by a person, maybe accompanied by another, who rammed at great speed into this factory. There is no doubt about the intention, which was to cause an explosion.”

Zahid Lalani, Journalist/Producer for BBC Newsgathering, in a tweet said he was disturbed.
