<p>On Saturday, July 14, 2018, Fayemi of the <strong>All Progressives Congress</strong> (APC), had defeated his challenger from the People's Democratic Party (PDP)<strong> Mr. Olusola Eleka</strong>, who came second with 178,121 votes against the incumbent's  total of 197,459 votes.</p>

<p>Unsatisfied with this outcome, the PDP and its candidate Eleka, went before an election petition tribunal in Ekiti to complain. The tribunal however maintained Fayemi as the winner and a 3-man panel at the appeal court has backed it. </p>

<p>Headed by<strong> Justice Stephen Adah</strong>, the panel reportedly agreed in a report by Punch News, that the appeal lacked merit.</p>

<p>Failure to adhere to the electoral act was cited as one of the reasons for Eleka and his party's interest to contest Governor Fayemi's victory. But Justice Adah and two other colleagues <strong>Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson</strong> and <strong>Justice Emmanuel Agim</strong>, had no qualms over the decision made by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), declaring Fayemi as the winner of the election.</p>

The Central Bank of Nigeria has been asked to participate in making the Micro Pension Plan (MPP) to turn out successful.

<p><strong>FSS2020 to get on board</strong></p>

<p>The Central Bank of Nigeria's <strong>Financial System Strategy 2020</strong> (FSS2020) highlighted a reform in pension administration as part of the actions that need to be taken to help Nigeria fulfill its massive potential by the year 2020.</p>

<p>Confirming seriousness in his intentions, President Muhammadu Buhari has given a directive to the organization, which was created to promote sustainable economic development, to support the pension initiative introduced by his administration.</p>

The former Vice-President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, has described Senator Ademola Adeleke's victory at the election tribunal in Abuja, as good tidings for his party, the People's Democratic Party.

On Friday, March 22, 2019, a 3-man bench headed by <strong>Justice Ibrahim Sirajo, </strong>declared Senator Ademola Adeleke as the governor of Osun State, a decision that was reached 6 months after an election was held.

<p>He was apprehended at the <strong>Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport </strong>on Friday, March 22, 2019, while returning from a medical trip to Dubai, a tweet by AIT News revealed.</p>

<p>It also shared that the order to have Dokpesi arrested came from above. The order was to seize the media executive as soon as he arrived in Nigeria, an immigration officer told AIT.</p>

<p>Raymond Dokpesi, who is standing trial for allegedly receiving N2.1 billion from the office of the national security adviser (NSA) during President Goodluck Jonathan's tenure, has reportedly described the allegation against him as an <em>"imagination of the current administration".</em></p>

<p>He believes it is a mischievous effort to tarnish the image of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), the political platform he associates with.</p>

<p>The goal was to create a viral concept that can aid marketing of services. And it succeeded since it started on Twitter in the middle of March 2019. A 30-year-old man <strong>Sadiq Abubakar</strong>, from<strong> Abuja </strong>in the <strong>Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria</strong>, is the initiator.</p>

<p>He confirmed to the <strong>National Public Radio</strong> (NPR) that his objective was to let the world learn about hardworking, young Nigerian entrepreneurs contrary to what others may think.</p>

<p><em>"I said, 'Let's do a hashtag and let the world know what we do.</em></p>

<p><em>"Young Nigerians are very determined to succeed. What we hear about young Nigerian people is that we are lazy. But we are hardworking. We want to make it."</em></p>

<p>They are already making it in many tweets confirming improved sales in their businesses. Such as <strong>Sadiq Muhammed Kabir</strong>, 24, who is enjoying progress in international trade selling ginger root in <strong>Kaduna </strong>in the Northwest of Nigeria.</p>

<p>NPR shared about the young businessman who says his<em> "life has never been the same. I got buyers around the world, like Canada, Dubai, even North America."</em></p>

<p><strong>Farming is profitable</strong></p>

<p>The testimony about the magical hashtag is a long list testifying to how effective viral marketing can be.</p>

<p>In Kabir's comment to NPR, he highlights that the youths in Nigeria find farming unattractive but he has benefited from it.</p>

<p><em>"Most young people in my country don't really see [farming] as something good.</em></p>

<p><em>"They forget that farming is very, very lucrative,"</em> he says.</p>

<p>Sadiq Abubakar, who began the movement from his Twitter profile <em>@The_Afrocentric</em>, summed up that #ThisIsMyHustle, became a hit because so many youths are trying to rid their parents of the responsibility of caring for them financially.</p>
